Seat Height
Distance from the floor to the top of the seat cushion.
Definition
Dining and banquette seats usually finish at 17 to 19 inches. Desk chairs adjust through a band that puts elbows near keyboard height. Always measure to the cushion crown, not only to the plywood box underneath.
