Furniture that isn’t upholstered—dressers, cabinets, tables.
Definition
In retail language, case goods are the hard pieces: dressers, nightstands, sideboards, bookcases, and dining tables. Evaluating them means checking drawers, finishes, hardware, and structural joints—not only the show finish.
